Anthony Battaglio

Chief Executive Officer

Anthony was raised in Toms River, New Jersey, where he developed a strong appreciation for family-centered experiences and meaningful community connection. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys staying active and making the most of his time through beach outings, go-karting, and pickleball.

He earned his degree from Kean University, majoring in History with a Pre-Law focus and a minor in Communications. This academic background sharpened his analytical thinking, strengthened his communication skills, and laid the foundation for his results-driven mindset.

As the driving force behind LaunchPoint Concepts, Anthony is committed to turning vision into reality. He leads with a focus on growth, execution, and character development—empowering individuals and teams to maximize their potential and achieve lasting success.

Joshua Alvarado

Corporate Trainer

Originally from Toms River, NJ, Joshua has experienced significant growth both professionally and personally through his time with LaunchPoint Concepts. Passionate about development, he is driven to share the skills he's gained and create opportunities for others to achieve success. Outside of work, Joshua enjoys cooking elaborate meals and unwinding with episodes of One Piece.

Erik is originally from the New York and Connecticut area and brings a competitive, team-driven mindset to everything he does—fueled in part by his passion as a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan. With a strong focus on growth and leadership, Erik is driven by his goal of becoming a director and is equally committed to helping others develop and achieve success along the way.
